I used to take 6-8 Vitamin A and D capsules a day. My gut does not absorb well and this is what it took to keep my skin from cracking. Well, those capsules were made from beta Carotene which I learned from Forefront health thyroid patients do not metabolize well. So now I put drops in my water glass each time I fill it up and my skin looks great. Next week I will get the vitamin D level checked in my blood. So, this is working for me. This is so much easier to take than pills. The taste is not bad at all. I take 7 drops once a day because that's what works for me. My legs were dry and scaly. Once I started taking ADK my skin started to clear up. It didn't take long for me to start seeing the results either. Yes, I would recommend this product! It's worth giving it a try.

I've had insomnia for literally decades. Since starting these drops topically, my body has been getting tired at bedtime (like it's supposed to!) and I fall asleep relatively quickly. EVERY NIGHT. This is a miracle! I have been taking it for a few weeks and I've noticed that I do have a bit more energy. I haven't been taking it the recommended 3 times a day, usually once or twice. I will try to up my dosage and see if my energy increases.

I like it so far.
I have taken pill form of Vitamin D for awhile but I think my body resounds better with this liquid. I am sleeping much better than I had been and this is the only change I’ve made to my health regimen.
IDK if it’s b/c of this supplements or others that I am taking but, I am glad that I found this and have incorporated it into my routine. I have only used it for 1 month and I am down 3 to 4 lbs. easy to take. Not bad tasting. I use it 1-3 x per day
When I started the desiccated thyroid I noticed many positive changes. Adding your vitamin A,D,K seems to make it all work even better. Suddenly I have more energy, my mood is better and I am unstoppable!
It's easy to use I just allow it to absorb into my skin on my arm. However, since I haven't had much improvement on this program, I cannot say it's actually working or doing anything to improve my thyroid health
