How do I access my account?
You can access your account through your customer account login here. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the “Manage Subscriptions” link.
You can also access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.
How do I update the billing information for my subscription?
In the “Address & Payment Details” tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. Simply edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed or if you need to update your email address.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged on the process date based on the frequency you chose.
How do I update my shipping address?
Once logged in, click on “View Your Next Order”. You will see your address above your products on subscription and just to the right of that address will be a link to click that says "Edit Address". This will take you to a page where you can modify your shipping address fields.
*Note: This only affects the shipping / delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.
Will I get a reminder email before my next shipment?
Yes, 3 days prior you will receive a reminder email, order confirmation, and shipping notification before your next shipment arrives. You can also log into your account anytime to view and track your upcoming shipment.
How do I add a product to my subscription?
Once logged in, under the "View Your Next Order" tab you will see under your current Subscriptions a box of other Products you can Add without even having to leave the page!
How do I swap one product for a different one?
Once logged in, under the "View Your Next Order" tab find the product you want to change and to the right you will see an arrow or a "greater than sign". Click this and you will be prompted to make changes to the product. You will then see the tab below that says "Swap this for a different product". You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date for this new product.
How do I skip a delivery?
Once logged in, click on "View Your Next Order" screen and at the top you'll see the option to "Skip". If you have products that are shipping at different dates, you'll want to find and select the specific product itself that you're looking to skip. Click the greater than symbol to the right and select Skip when prompted.
How do I cancel a subscription?
In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the “View Your Next Order” tab, you'll want to find the product you are looking to cancel. To the right of the product, click the greater than symbol. You may need to scroll down slightly in order for the "Cancel Subscription" button to appear. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason.
