            COVID-19 Update

            Should I expect shipping delays?

            Regarding our order processing, we are still processing all orders within 1 to 2 business days. However, we are at the mercy of USPS, UPS, and DHL when it comes to shipping times. We don’t expect any delays on our end, but we are told by all major carriers to grant them an additional 2 to 3 business days when it comes to actually delivering your package.

            Where is my order (domestic customers)?!

            We have been monitoring shipping times ever since the COVID-19 crisis began. In an attempt to keep up with the current demand, our contacts at USPS have informed us that there might be delays with regard to estimated shipping times. If you’ve been monitoring your package via the tracking number and it’s showing as “Delivered”, but you still don’t see your package, USPS recommends that you contact your local post office as soon as possible.

            Due to staffing issues, there’s a chance your package has been scanned and marked as delivered once it arrives at your state’s main USPS sorting facility before the package has actually been shipped to your local USPS for dispatch.

            Unfortunately, we have also seen an increase in misdelivered packages / orders delivered to the incorrect address. If you would like us to inquire for you, we can. Please note that this will add additional delay as we are unable to contact your local post office directly and it can take days for us to receive a response.

            Where is my order (international customers)?!

            We have been monitoring shipping times ever since the COVID-19 crisis began. In an attempt to keep up with the current demand, our contacts at USPS and DHL have informed us that there might be delays with regard to estimated shipping times. If it’s been more than 2 weeks since you placed your order, there’s a good chance it’s being quarantined in customs, but will be released and shipped to you. As for how long this may take? We have been told it can take anywhere from 30-45 days from the date you placed your order before you will receive it.

            Believe us when we say, we are just as frustrated by this news as you are. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of customs and the major shipping carriers. We are doing our part to make sure there are no delays in processing times, but it’s up to the carriers and your local customs to ensure on-time deliveries. Know that you are not alone and we are doing everything we can on our end.             I’m having trouble logging into my account…

            We have multiple customer portals (sorry we had to make this confusing) depending on which products you have purchased and are trying to access. Please see below for more details.

            I never received my coupon code - what do I do?

            Unfortunately, we don’t have a good way to look up your discount code, but we do have a workaround. Simply text “FOREFRONT” to 24321 to receive your discount code. Once you do this, you should receive a text message containing your code.

            Why isn’t my coupon code working?

            There are a few reasons this might be occurring:

            Reason #1) We only allow 1 coupon code to be used at a time. If you are attempting to use multiple codes at checkout and it won’t allow the code to be applied, we suggest you save one of them for later!

            Reason #2) We only allow each code to be used one time. Consequently, if you’ve already used your coupon code, you will not be able to use it again.

            Reason #3) If you are a Subscribe & Save customer, you will not be able to apply our discount codes to a Subscription order. However, if you wish to apply your code to a non-subscription product, you are more than welcome to do so!

            Reason #4) We do not allow coupon codes to be used on discounted bundle orders. Consequently, we recommend you hold on to your coupon code and use it at a later date!

            How do I access my rewards account and view my Thyroid Bucks?

            In order to view the amount of Thyroid Bucks you have accrued, you must first log in to your account by navigating to https://shop.forefronthealth.com and clicking on the “Get Rewards” button on the bottom left hand corner of your screen.

            *Note: Make sure to use the same email you used during checkout.

            Once you’ve logged in, your account balance will appear at the top of the launcher.

            How do I spend my Thyroid Bucks?

            Once you’ve logged in, your account balance will appear at the top of the launcher. Scroll down and click on “All rewards” at which point a “Redeem” button will appear.

            *Note: If you have not accrued enough points yet, you will not see a “Redeem” button.

            Upon clicking “Redeem”, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to “Apply code”, which will automatically apply the code to the checkout.

            *Note: Depending on the amount of points you have accrued, you might have to move the little slider to determine how many points you wish to use at this time.

            Subscription Management

            How do I log in to my account?

            You can access your account through your customer account login here. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the “Manage Subscriptions” link.

            You can also access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.

            How do I update the billing information for my subscription?

            In the “Billing Information” tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. Simply edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed or if you need to update your email address.

            How do I update my shipping address?

            Once logged in, click on “Subscriptions” and click “Edit” to the right of the address. This will take you to a page where you can modify your shipping address fields.

            *Note: This only affects the shipping / delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.

            How do I add a product to my subscription?

            Once logged in, select the “Subscriptions” tab, then click “Add Product”. This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries. You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date.

            How do I swap one product for a different one?

            Once logged in, select the “Subscriptions” tab to view the current subscription products. On the far right, you can select “Swap” and select the replacement product.

            How do I skip a delivery?

            Once logged in, click on “Delivery Schedule” on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can click “Skip” next to the delivery you would like to skip. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would click “Unskip” next to the order.

            How do I cancel my subscription?

            In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the “Subscriptions” tab, click the “Cancel” link next to the subscription order you would like to cancel. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason.

            Do you have a guide or resource I can use that includes best practices and suggested use for each one of your supplements?

            How do you recommend I use the Collagen Protein Powder?

            We recommend using 1 scoop 1 to 3 times per day mixed thoroughly in hot or cold liquid. Ideal use is with breakfast, dinner, and before bed. Simply add it to your coffee, juice, water, smoothies, and more!

            Did You Know... Research shows that 35 grams of collagen per day (approximately 3 scoops) is necessary to “guarantee a healthy metabolism”?

            How do you recommend I use the Raw Desiccated Thyroid?

            Generally speaking, we recommend multidosing our raw desiccated thyroid. For best results and to learn how to do this & how to determine the best dosage for you, please see our 5 Step Thyroid Dosing and Troubleshooting Guide here.

            *Note: Do not exceed the recommended maximum dosage stated on the bottle. We recommend contacting your doctor before starting a thyroid dosing regimen.

            How do you recommend I use the Molecular Progesterone Complex?

            Simply count out the number of drops you need onto a spoon and increase the dosage or doses as necessary.

            *Note: For best results and highest absorption, use your tongue to spread the oil around and massage into the gums and inside your mouth.

            Perimenopausal, Menopausal, and Post-Menopausal Women - Start with 3 drops 5 times per day for 2 to 4 weeks. Then continue with 3 drops 3 times per day. Should be cycled 3 weeks on, then 1 week off. The dosage can be increased as necessary.

            Pre-Menopausal Women - 3 drops 1 to 3 times per day on days 14 through 28 of the menstrual cycle. Dosage (3 drops) can be repeated as needed for more severe symptoms. The dosage can be increased as necessary.

            For use with Hot Flashes - Start with 5 drops 5 times per day and increase as needed until hot flashes resolve. Should be cycled 3 weeks on, then 1 week off. If hot flashes return during the week off, then reduce progesterone break to a minimum of 3 days.

            Dropper Instructions - Before removing the dropper, squeeze the dropper bulb to pull some of the oil inside the dropper. When removing the dropper, hold it over the bottle for 15 to 20 seconds to allow the excess oil to run off the dropper and back into the bottle. Then dispense the required number of drops. When finished, empty dropper contents back into the bottle and secure the top.

            *Note: The Molecular Progesterone Complex is a thick solution due to the high Vitamin E content, which acts as a carrier to deliver the progesterone directly into the bloodstream. This is what allows for the superior absorption of the progesterone compared to alternative products.

            How do you recommend I use the Vitamin ADK Thyroid Formula?

            We recommend taking 7 drops 3 times per day. The drops can be taken by mouth, added to food, or rubbed into the soft areas of the skin (inner forearms, inner thighs, stomach, etc.)

            *Note: Oral application is recommended for best results. However, for those with digestive issues, we recommend applying topically directly to the skin.

            How do you recommend I use the Vitamin B Thyroid Complex?

            We recommend using 1 half-full dropper (1 ml) per day. Simply add it to 6 to 8 ounces (175 to 230 ml) of juice (orange juice is preferred) to prevent a drop in blood sugar. If you find the taste is too strong, we recommend dividing the dosage (i.e. 1 quarter dropper in 6 to 8 ounces of juice twice daily).

            *Note: Keep in mind that the thyroid and metabolic boosting effects of our Vitamin B Thyroid Complex often increases the need for fuel / carbohydrates, so adequate nutritional support is important.

            How do you recommend I use the Thyro-Protect Vitamin E?

            We recommend taking 4 pumps per day. It can be taken either directly by mouth or mixed with food. It's best to take with a meal.

            *Note: For those with digestive issues, we recommend applying and massaging it into the soft areas of the skin such as the inner forearms, inner thighs, stomach, etc. If the solution is too thick, simply use a little coconut oil or olive oil to help it spread and absorb.

            How do you recommend I use the Thyro-Boost Coffee?

            For proper dosing, we recommend brewing 2 tablespoons (15 grams) of freshly ground coffee per cup (8 ounces or 326 ml).

            Start slowly and increase coffee intake over time based on a dosing schedule that feels good to you.

            Did You Know... Research shows that 3 to 5 cups of coffee per day can have tremendous effects on your health?

            *Note: If you’re using a T4-only medication like Synthroid or levothyroxine, coffee can slow the absorption of the medication. This can be prevented by waiting an hour after taking the medication before consuming coffee.

            How do you recommend I use the Micronized Pregnenolone Powder?

            For best results, we recommend taking 1 small scoop (70 mg) per day. Take with a meal or simply add it to your food, whichever is most convenient for you!

            *Note: Pregnenolone is not recommended for use by individuals under the age of 18 or by pregnant / nursing women.

            How do you recommend I use the Cascara Sagrada Powder?

            We recommend starting with ½ to 1 scoop (35 - 70 mg) per day and increasing gradually as needed to alleviate constipation. Adjust the dosage as needed for 1 to 2 weeks for consistent results. If needed, multi-dose by taking it multiple times per day.

            Simply add it to a couple of ounces of juice, apple sauce, et cetera, or place it under the tongue and swallow with liquid.

            *Note: For best results, use before bed, preferably without other supplements and medications.

            When is the best time to take your products?

            Where are your supplements manufactured?

            All of our supplements are manufactured right here in the USA!

            How can I be sure that these supplements are of good quality?

            All of our products have been formulated specifically for thyroid health. To us, quality doesn’t just matter, it’s vital. When sourcing each one of our products, our goal was to create the absolute best product available. That was something we were not willing to compromise on. So, we did just that.

            Can I take your products while pregnant?

            We recommend consulting your doctor before starting a supplement regimen while pregnant.

            *Note: This is regardless of the supplement in question. In general, it’s always going to be in your best interest to consult your doctor before going on or off certain supplements while pregnant or nursing.

            Can I take Raw Desiccated Thyroid if I’m currently taking thyroid medication?

            The short answer is, yes, you can! Our Raw Desiccated Thyroid can be used with your existing thyroid medication (i.e. levothyroxine, NDT, etc.) For more specific instructions, please see our 5 Step Thyroid Dosing and Troubleshooting Guide here.

            *Note: We recommend using our Raw Desiccated Thyroid in addition to your medication, not as a replacement. However, we still recommend consulting your doctor before starting a thyroid dosing regimen.

            What is the cost of shipping?

            We strive to provide the lowest shipping costs possible. The shipping options available to you at checkout will depend on the size of your order.

            Domestic Shipping Costs

            All domestic orders $99 or more qualifies for free shipping.

            All orders under 1 lb will have the option for flat rate USPS shipping of $5.95 for anywhere inside the United States. This shipping option generally takes between 6-10 business days.

            All orders will also have the option for a flat rate USPS Priority Mail shipping for $6.95 regardless of order size. This shipping option generally takes between 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.

            All orders will also have the option for USPS Priority Mail Express shipping. The cost of this service will vary depending on your order size. This shipping option generally takes 1 to 2 days from the date of shipment. Please note that orders do not ship until the following business day.

            International Shipping Costs

            International shipping costs always vary depending on the size of the order and the delivery destination. To get an accurate estimate, please add the products to your cart and proceed through the checkout process.

            We utilize two international carrier options, USPS and DHL. For details regarding the specific options and delivery timelines, please see “How long will it take to receive my order?” below.

            We only charge the exact shipping costs that it costs us to ship your order to you.

            We would love to offer shipping at a lower cost, and anytime we are able to realize additional savings we will always pass those savings on to our customers. It’s our promise to you.

            Can I cancel my order?

            If you wish to cancel your order, please email support@forefronthealth.com as soon as possible. We do our absolute best to ship out orders within 1 business day and once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer cancel the order.

            Can I make changes to an order?

            If you wish to make order changes, please contact support@forefronthealth.com to submit your order change request. We do our absolute best to ship out orders within 1 business day, so depending on when you make contact, it may be too late.

            How long does my order take to process?

            We do our absolute best to process all orders within 1 business day, but ask that you allow us 1 to 2 business days for extenuating circumstances.

            How long will it take to receive my order?

            Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.

            Regarding Domestic Orders: Once the order has shipped, USPS will generally deliver within 2 to 3 business days if priority mail is selected and 6 to 10 business days if First Class Mail (free shipping) is selected.

            Regarding International Orders: Once the order has shipped, USPS will generally deliver within 10 to 20 business days depending on the country it is shipped to if USPS First Class International is selected (this is the default) or within 6 to 10 business days if USPS Priority Mail International is selected.

            If DHL Express shipping is selected, most orders arrive within 2 to 3 business days from the shipping date.

            My products were damaged during transport - what do I do?

            First and foremost, we are very sorry to hear your package arrived damaged. We know how frustrating this can be, particularly when you are on the verge of running out of product. If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us at support@forefronthealth.com and explain the condition in which your products arrived (pictures are helpful) so we can help resolve the issue in a timely manner.

            Why can’t you ship to my country?

            Certain countries are embargoed or restricted by the US government. Others have strict import laws when it comes to shipping supplements across borders. Current countries that are unable to receive orders due to strict supplement laws include: Germany, Austria, Spain, Norway, Sweden, South Africa, Slovenia

            Why is International Shipping so expensive?

            Unfortunately, shipping internationally can be expensive. We currently offer three different shipping options to provide our international customers with their thyroid supplements:

            USPS First-Class International, USPS Priority Mail International, and DHL Express.

            In our experience, both USPS Priority Mail International and DHL Express ensure speedy delivery with end-to-end tracking and the fewest importing hassles possible. However, that comes at a price. What you see displayed on our website is the cost we pay to ship you your order. We apologize for the cost and will continue looking for more alternatives as time goes on. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

            Will I have to pay import taxes or duties?

            You’re going to love this answer...it depends. Some countries do charge taxes/duties on imported products and some don’t. These are taxes/duties charged by one’s local government and something we have no control over. Please be prepared as these are your responsibility if they are levied.

            *Note: If a package is refused due to customs/duties fees and the product is returned, any fees charged for shipping to and from your country for the return will be subtracted from any monies due to the return.

            Will my products clear customs?

            Check your country’s list of banned and restricted products to be sure. Each of our products contains a supplement fact panel so you can easily check the ingredients against their list. Remember, you are responsible for what you import so please be sure to check it in advance.

            What is your return and exchange policy?

            All unopened products can be returned for a refund minus shipping costs within 30 days of purchase.

            *Note: Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than once. Please contact support@forefronthealth.com for return instructions.

            What forms of payment do you accept?

            We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions will be processed in USD.

            Why is there an error when attempting to complete an order?

            Please double check your billing information: billing address, CVC security code, and billing name. Please note, the billing address is associated with your bank account.

            How do I track my order?

            When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a clickable tracking number. If you click on the tracking number, it should automatically open a window displaying the status of your order. You can also search the number in Google, which will show the related shipping carrier (typically USPS or DHL) and check your order status that way.

            My order says it was delivered, but I haven’t received anything - what do I do?

            Ahhh...yes, we love it when this happens. If you’ve been monitoring your package via the tracking number and it’s showing as “Delivered”, but you still don’t see your package, USPS recommends that you contact your local post office as soon as possible.

            If you would like us to inquire for you, we can. Please note that this will add additional delay as we are unable to contact your local post office directly and it can take days for us to receive a response.
