FOR PERIMENOPAUSE, MENOPAUSE, & POST-MENOPAUSE:Start with 3 drops 5x per day for 2 to 4 weeks.
Then continue with 3 drops 3x per day. Should be cycled 3 weeks on, then 1 week off. The dosage can be increased as necessary.
FOR PMS/PRE-MENOPAUSE: 3 drops 1-3x per day on days 14 through 28 of your menstrual cycle.
Dosage (3 drops) can be repeated as needed for more severe symptoms. The dosage can be increased as necessary.

I like the ease of taking the oil, I put the drops on a spoon, just lick it off. I've only been on it about a 1 1/2 weeks, noticing a bit more energy, hoping as I continue on with it my energy will come up.

I started your products in early February I have been on my own II don't know who to consult with. I have questions I thought your people would reach out to me.
