I have been using this to help with Hashimoto' and perimenopause symptoms along with the rest of the Forefront Health protocol. I have been taking this product for a month but I haven’t noticed any difference in my body or how I feel!
I like it, it seems to help with regulating my hormones and cortisol
I don't love the teeny tiny spoon and messy powder but it is helping so I will keep using it!
I make sure that I take this every day to maximize my energy levels
Got this for my gf and she said she noticed she slept better and had more energy in the mornings. Although she said that super noticeable effect wore off after a couple of days of taking it, she continues to take it with her regular hasimotos's supplements and she feels like it is helping overall.
