I have been on Armour thyroid for over 20 years and was sick of the price and leaping through hoops for the prescription. Ie. Having to get a TSH test that showed me under 2 - the perfect range but then arguing with allopathic medicine using old outdated ranges as they thought it was too low. And not bothering to test for T3, uptake and reverse and antibodies. So I thought I’d try this. And it works really well. No difference to Armour that I can feel. The ratio is different with the T4/T3 9:1 compared to 6:1 but I’m actually taking less dosage now. I was on 75gm or 1 and a 1/4 tabs of Armour and couldn’t get the dose right. I had throat palpitations and was agitated. I found that I actually need less of this one. So I’m on 1 tab a day at 65gms and it’s perfect. I feel good and will continue to use this from now on. I remember how my body reacted when I quit taking thyroid hormone medication some years ago, thinking I didn’t need it and certainly didn't want it. The dessicated thyroid has helped a lot. I didn't notice much of a difference until I started consistently taking three a day. I have a lot more energy and motivation to do things.
