When we sourced our raw desiccated thyroid, our goal was to create the absolute best product available. We began by sourcing thyroid from the most healthy cows on the planet - enter New Zealand and their world-class agricultural practices. The source also had to be raw and not denatured in any way that might compromise the quality or integrity of the product. The final part came down to processing the raw desiccated thyroid to our highest standards. This means no heat treatment and low temperature lyophilization. Even the grinding is done using carbon dioxide to keep the product cool. That’s how we ensure and preserve all natural constituents of our raw desiccated thyroid supplement.
Contains 90 capsules (130 mg) of raw desiccated New Zealand bovine thyroid. Other ingredients include: rice flour, gelatin (capsule), and purified water.
If you are currently not using thyroid medication or using a T4-Only medication, we recommend starting with one capsule daily with breakfast. If you are currently using desiccated thyroid or a T3-only medication once daily (i.e. in the morning), we recommend starting with one capsule with lunch. If you’re not using real thyroid and not multi-dosing, you’re missing out. For multi-dosing purposes, it’s optimal to use multiple doses 4 to 6 hours apart (total of 3 to 4 times daily). Every two weeks an additional capsule can be added 4 to 6 hours apart, until you’ve reached your desired results or you’ve reached the maximum recommended daily dosage marked on the supplement container.
