Your Order Status

We do our absolute best to process all orders within 1 business day, but ask that you allow us 1 to 2 business days for extenuating circumstances.

Domestic Orders (USPS): Once your order has been processed & shipped, USPS will generally deliver within 2 to 3 business days if USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail is selected and 6 to 10 business days if USPS Flat Rate Mail (or Free Shipping) is selected.

Domestic Orders (UPS): If UPS is chosen at checkout, it all depends on the service selected. We currently offer UPS Next Day Air (1 business day), UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days), UPS 3 Day Select (3 business days), and UPS Ground (1-5 business days depending on your location).

International Orders (USPS): Once the order has been processed & shipped, USPS will generally deliver within 10 to 20 business days depending on the country it is shipped to if USPS First Class International is selected (this is the default) or within 6 to 10 business days if USPS Priority Mail International is selected.

International Orders (DHL): If DHL Express shipping is selected, most orders arrive within 2 to 3 business days from the shipping date.

All unopened products can be returned for a full refund minus shipping costs within 30 days of purchase.
